This all leads to poor quality milk and thus poor quality cheese. Her journey took her to Indonesia, Thailand and even to Vermont to learn her cheese making trade. In the end, she realized that if she could not source high quality milk, she could not continue her cheese making passion, thus starting her on the path of sustainable, clean lab-grown milk and the beginning of Turtle Tree Labs!
